Our standard processing time is typically 1-3 business days from the date of order placement. Shirts and Prints will be shipped from 2-8 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

b. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including the shipping address and order summary. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are necessary.

c. Order Changes: We understand that you may need to make changes to your order after it has been placed. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered the processing stage. Please contact us immediately about any desired modifications.

Shipping charges and will depend on the shipping method shown at checkout. 

Free shipping is offered with a specified purchase amount and this is displayed on the header of the website.

c. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is provided during the checkout process and is based on the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors beyond our control may cause delays in delivery. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

First Class mail is 2-5 business days EXPECTED delivery with USPS.

Priority Mail is 1-4 business days EXPECTED delivery with USPS. 

d. International Shipping: We offer international shipping only to select destinations. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  1. Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

a. Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may require additional shipping charges to resend the package. b. Failed Delivery Attempts: If the shipping carrier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver the package due to unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment, subject to additional shipping charges.

c. Unclaimed Packages: If a package remains unclaimed at the shipping carrier's facility for a certain period, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include reshipment subject to additional shipping charges or order cancellation with a refund, excluding the original shipping costs.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages:

a. Lost Packages: In the event that a package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a lost package investigation. While investigations can take time, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and provide you with a satisfactory solution.

b. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the package. We may request photos or additional information to assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the damaged item(s). We can not give refunds for decals that are damaged due to user error in during application.
